How long will my item take to arrive?
The length of time it takes to receive your item depends on your location:

Canada (Regular Mail) - 5-10 business days (Tracking NOT included)
Continental USA (Regular Mail) - 4-6 business days (Tracking included)
Off-Shore USA (Regular Mail) - 6-12 business days (Tracking included)
UPGRADED SHIPING
Canada (Express Upgrade) - 2-3 business days (Tracking included)
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept cancellations

Tracking Details
Canada:
Our free (standard) shipping is sent via Canada Post Regular Mail & does not include tracking. You may choose to upgrade to express shipping with tracking at checkout.
USA:
All shipments to the US are sent with a tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
