What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 items.
What’s the ordering process?
Choose which items you would like to order & add them to your cart. Upon ordering 10+ items, use the code WHOLESALE40 for 40% off.
What is your billing cycle and how do you accept payment?
We accept payment upon ordering through our website. Payment can be made by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.
What’s your turnaround time?
Turn around time for our wholesale products is 5-7 business days.
Is shipping included?
The wholesale price does NOT include shipping. Shipping costs will be invoiced based on size/weight of your order. You will receive an email with your invoice, and as soon as we receive your payment your package will be shipped.
What shipping company do you use?
We ship everything through Canada Post with tracking & insurance for your piece of mind & ours.
Do you provide photos for marketing purposes?
We will email you our Wholesale Media Kit with your purchase. The Media Kit is meant to make marketing our products to your audience easier. The kit contains professional photos of our products (optimized for social media & for your website) as well as full descriptions and shipping information (dimensions, weight, etc).
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, however if you have an issue with your purchase please reach out to us.
How can I display the items in my shop?
Our Macrame DIY Kits look great on a shelf or table. If you’re interested in a pre-made item to showcase in your shop, please let us know and we will include one with your order.
What if I would like to add something that isn't included in the wholesale pricing?
If you would like to order something that is not on the wholesale list, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
